West End Penthouse loft 1220 SqFt, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom $1,199,000
P2 1855 NELSON Street
This may have been my favourite loft tours yet! The worst part about this loft is my video not doing it a shred of justice. It’s two bedroom, two bathroom loft, sports, tons of natural light, three decks, including a beautiful rooftop deck. Add to mention it’s in my favourite neighbourhood and Vancouver at the West End. Here is the June Metro Vancouver real estate market update which means we're taking a look at the May 2023 numbers comparing them to the month before, and the year before to see how things are slowly moving along
Vancouver real estate Monthly updates.
The numbers show that the real estate market is recovering, and this is good news for sellers and buyers alike. Whether you're looking to buy or sell, this market update is a great resource to keep in mind. We'll share with you the latest trends in the Vancouver real estate market, as well as some key statistics that will help you make the best decisions for your needs.
According to the numbers, the real estate market is recovering! But it's not there yet! Benchmark prices are still down across-the-board from last year. It's slow and steady wins the race. The bank of Canada raise the interest rate .25% on June 7 and will likely do it again in July. So what will that mean? Well typically what happens is the initial raise causes buyers to buy quickly to lock in their quoted rates and then a second race often causes a bit of a dip in purchase price due to a dip in purchasing power. Apparently the rates will start coming back down in 2024, but I would guess that will be later on in 2024.
Also Check out the stats for yourself at: https://www.rebgv.org/market-watch/mo... Unless you’re a real estate enthusiast like me, it might not be easy to make these stats fun but I’ll do my best to help you out. If you are getting into the market, looking to grow in the market or just curious, learning how to interpret real estate market stats will help you in the long run. Make sure you take a look at my monthly market update! I encourage you to comment and question as much as you can either here or you can reach out to me at Tylerburrows.com or https://linktr.ee/TylerBurrowsRealtor
